Salmon Bowl with a Sriracha Mayo Sauce

This is the perfect dish for leftover veggies and salmon. You can literally use any veggies and it will go great with the Sriracha Mayo Sauce. Refer to my Balsamic Salmon Recipe on the blog and you can use the leftovers for this dish!

Ingredients   (Servings 1)

Leftover Salmon 

Leftover Brocolli

Leftover Fried Shallots

1 Fried Egg

Portion of cooked white rice  

1 Carrot

1 Avocado

1 lime

1 tsp Sirarcha 

2 tbsp Mayo

1/2 tsp Coconut Aminos

Garlic Powder

Salt

Pepper

Instructions 

Start by making the sauce. Get a bowl and add the Sirarcha, Coconut Aminos, Mayo, a squeeze of lime juice, and a sprinkle of garlic powder then mix and set aside.

Shred a carrot in big pieces and cut half of your Avocado into small pieces. 

Heat up your leftover Salmon, Brocolli, and Shallot, then set aside. 

Fry up an egg to top the dish with.

Plating 

grab a bowl or plate and add the rice at the bottom, then top with your Salmon, Brocolli, Shallots, Carrots, and Avocado. Top with a Fried Egg then drizzle with the Sriracha Sauce.
