Spinach and Arugula Chicken Salad with a Creamy Balsamic Dressing
Ingredients (servings 1)
pkg of spinach and argula mix
1 small red onion
1 vine ripened tomato
creamy balsamic dressing (Can find in most grocery stores that have clean ingredients)
Start off by cooking 4 of the chicken tenders in a small pan for 4-5 min per side.
dice up half of the avocado and dice the tomato. cut the red onion in half then cut into small pieces.
grab a large bowl and add a few big handfuls of the spinach and argula,add the avocado, tomato, and red onion.
pour in some of the dressing then mix.
add to plate and put chicken pieces around it.
