Brian Kavanagh from The Sophisticated Caveman
Brian Kavanagh aka The Sophisticated Caveman has a passion for food is his blood. He grew up in a family where food was expression of love, which unfortunately had some negative consequences on his waistline. After struggling with weight loss for most of his life, he discovered the Paleo diet in 2012 and, with little effort, dropped 60 pounds and got in the best shape of his life. While he doesn’t know if the Paleo lifestyle is for everyone, Brian does believe that its core message – eating simple, clean, real food – is universal. With this creed always in mind, he shares recipes and lifestyle tips (with an added touch of class) on his blog.
