This blueberry and pineapple smoothie hits the spot every single time.


  • 8 oz almond milk
  • 2 scoops pro mix protein powder
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1/4 cup raw cashews
  • 6 frozen banana slices
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/3 cup frozen pineapple
  • Sprinkle of sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract


Add all ingredients to a blender starting with the almond milk and protein powder. Blend on high until everything is combined and the liquid is smooth. Pour into glass and enjoy.
