In case you’ve been living in a cave, as all good cavemen should, Denise Minger over at her blog Raw Food SOS has performed a great service by taking the raw data of The China Study and offering a more levelheaded and non-biased interpretation of the data. You can read it here. It also seems that the true conclusion to be drawn from The China Study is that wheat not meat is the problem.

Interestingly, with Richard Nikoley’s excommunication from Don Wiss’s PaleoDiet.com, I’ve come across a few interesting inconsistencies.
