I recreated the Z-Man which is the Ultimate BBQ Brisket Sandwich. This is a sandwich that is famous from @joeskc. I went to school at University of Kansas so Kansas City BBQ has a special place in my heart. The Z-Man consists of: Kaiser roll Smoked Brisket Provolone cheese BBQ Sauce Onion Rings I made mine using @heritagebarbecue Famous Brisket and topped it with my homemade pickles and onion rings. I love Cole slaw on sandwiches so I added some to complete this. The BBQ sauce used is called Cowtown Night of the Living Bar-B-Q and it’s delicious and the one served at @joeskc.
